- TrackShift Pro or Agency plan
- API credentials from each platform
- Events flowing through Web Pixels
General Setup Process
- Navigate to Integrations in TrackShift
- Select the provider you want to configure
- Enter your API credentials
- Click Save and Test Connection
- The provider will show as “Connected”
Credential Security
All API credentials are:
- Encrypted with AES-256 before storage
- Never exposed in browser or logs
- Accessible only by our server
- Automatically rotated when you update them
Event Flow
Once configured:
- Web Pixel captures browser event
- Event sent to TrackShift server
- Server enriches with customer data
- Server sends to platform API
- Event validated and logged
